A dark, animalic chypre with a French soul, inspired by the wild African savanna. It opens with a sparkling burst of bergamot, sweet orange and lemon carried on a sharp green wind of galbanum. The heart brings rose, jasmine and wild orange blossom, woven with juicy cassis and warm clove, nutmeg and clary sage. It dries down into dark patchouli, bourbon vetiver, myrrh and balsam of Peru, wrapped in amber and vanilla absolutes with ambrette seed, orris butter and mossy oakmoss. Untamed yet refined: green, warm, floral and deeply woody.
